SpringCM adds new workflow and file sharing capabilities

SpringCM has released the latest version of its cloud content system, which now includes improved document approval workflow and easier file sharing capabilities. The new version allows sending content as e-mail attachments in native format and PDF (in addition to links), simplifying content sharing while preserving a complete history to maintain information governance.

SpringCM’s new mobile apps for iPad, iPhone and Android follow this model and give users the ability to interact with and collaborate on relevant documents, images, CAD drawings, audio and video in virtually any application, including Salesforce, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
